With Nourished Table personal chef services, you get fully customized weekly meals built around your tastes, dietary needs, and wellness goals. I take care of the planning, shopping, and cooking – you simply heat, eat, and feel nourished!

Drawing from my Functional Nutrition training and years of culinary experience, I create meals that are nutrient-dense, anti-inflammatory, and genuinely delicious.

Postpartum Meal Prep

Nourished Table postpartum meal prep is designed to support new parents during one of the most tender seasons of life. Meals are thoughtfully prepared with healing, nutrient-dense, organic ingredients to support recovery, energy, digestion, and milk supply—without the stress of planning, cooking, or cleanup
